In our latest podcast, we sat down with Kristian Šoštar — U17 assistant coach, head coach at Aurelia, and performance analysis coach for the first national team. We talked about what it’s like to wear multiple hats, how his daily work looks across these different roles, what the main differences are between them, and how this mix of responsibilities has helped him grow as a coach. The conversation then moved into the details of microcycle design, how to work with players through analysis, and how timing and context define when and how feedback makes the biggest impact. We also discussed the current state of futsal performance, where it stands today, and where there’s still room to improve. A big thanks to Kristian for sharing his experience and insights — these kinds of discussions keep pushing our field forward. 👊
