Sin embargo, no todas las superficies generan las mismas respuestas. En este art\u00edculo, exploraremos c\u00f3mo la arena y el agua afectan a la mec\u00e1nica del salto, sus beneficios y qu\u00e9 tipos de atletas pueden beneficiarse m\u00e1s de ellos.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Formaci\u00f3n sobre arena: Mayor exigencia, menor impacto<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La arena es una superficie blanda que absorbe gran parte de la energ\u00eda generada en cada contacto, lo que conlleva un mayor tiempo de contacto con el suelo y un esfuerzo adicional para los m\u00fasculos implicados en el salto (5). (9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ejemplo pr\u00e1ctico:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un jugador de f\u00fatbol que desee mejorar la agilidad y la resistencia de las extremidades inferiores podr\u00eda incorporar ejercicios en la arena como saltos laterales, ejercicios de sprint y saltos en profundidad. Adem\u00e1s, los tiempos de sprint sobre arena suelen ser m\u00e1s lentos que sobre suelo firme, pero las mejoras en estabilidad y agilidad pueden trasladarse bien a movimientos espec\u00edficos del deporte.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Entrenamiento en el agua: M\u00e1s conc\u00e9ntrico, menos exc\u00e9ntrico<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El entrenamiento pliom\u00e9trico en el agua es menos habitual, pero tiene caracter\u00edsticas \u00fanicas que pueden ser beneficiosas en determinados contextos (10):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Menor impacto y tensi\u00f3n articular<\/strong>: La flotabilidad del agua reduce la carga sobre las articulaciones, por lo que es ideal para la recuperaci\u00f3n de lesiones o para deportistas con antecedentes de molestias articulares. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alta resistencia en la fase conc\u00e9ntrica<\/strong>: La viscosidad del agua crea una mayor oposici\u00f3n al movimiento, aumentando la activaci\u00f3n muscular durante la fase de empuje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puede favorecer la reeducaci\u00f3n neuromuscular<\/strong>: La resistencia uniforme del agua mejora la conciencia corporal y el control del movimiento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retos de la formaci\u00f3n en el agua: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Menor transferencia a movimientos espec\u00edficos del deporte<\/strong>: Debido a la falta de impacto y a las diferencias en la mec\u00e1nica del movimiento, es posible que los beneficios del entrenamiento pliom\u00e9trico en el agua no se trasladen totalmente al rendimiento en tierra. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accesibilidad limitada<\/strong>: No todos los deportistas tienen acceso a piscinas con la profundidad adecuada para realizar ejercicios pliom\u00e9tricos eficaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ejemplo pr\u00e1ctico:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un jugador de baloncesto que se recupera de un dolor de rodilla podr\u00eda utilizar la pliometr\u00eda en piscina para mantener la potencia explosiva sin forzar las articulaciones. Una sesi\u00f3n recomendada podr\u00eda incluir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 series de 10 zancadas en la piscina<br><br>3 series de 12 saltos en cuclillas en agua hasta la cintura<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 series de 8 saltos altos de rodilla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 superficie es mejor para cada deportista?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arena<\/strong>: Ideal para atletas que buscan fortalecer los m\u00fasculos estabilizadores, mejorar la capacidad de cambio de direcci\u00f3n y reducir el impacto articular manteniendo la aplicaci\u00f3n de fuerza explosiva (5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agua<\/strong>: Recomendado para quienes buscan una opci\u00f3n de entrenamiento pliom\u00e9trico seguro y de bajo impacto, ya sea para procesos de recuperaci\u00f3n o para complementar la preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica en periodos de alta carga (5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanto la arena como el agua ofrecen ventajas \u00fanicas para el entrenamiento pliom\u00e9trico. Mientras que la arena promueve un mayor desarrollo de la fuerza con un menor impacto, el agua proporciona una alternativa segura para la recuperaci\u00f3n y la prevenci\u00f3n de lesiones.
