Klijent ska\u010de s kutije od 30 cm i dosko\u010di neposredno ispred ozna\u010dene linije, nakon \u010dega slijedi trenutni vertikalni skok. Fitness stru\u010dnjak promatra doskok sprijeda i sa strane kako bi uo\u010dio sve pogre\u0161ke u kretanju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember61\">Sustav bodovanja temelji se na 17 razli\u010ditih kriterija, a svaki se fokusira na razli\u010dite aspekte mehanike doskoka, kao \u0161to su polo\u017eaj stopala, poravnanje koljena i stabilnost trupa. Ako se uo\u010di pogre\u0161ka u kretanju, ona se ozna\u010dava na listu za bodovanje. Procjenjuje 12 klju\u010dnih parametara povezanih s fazama ciklusa sprint hoda, kao \u0161to su ekstenzija udova, rotacija trupa i zdjelice, ekstenzija lumbalnog dijela tijela i kontakt stopalima. Svaki parametar se boduje binarnim sustavom: 1 bod za prisutnost odre\u0111enog obrasca kretanja koji se smatra neoptimalnim, a 0 bodova za njegovu odsutnost. Ukupni rezultat kre\u0107e se od 0 (optimalna mehanika) do 12 (neoptimalna mehanika), pri \u010demu vi\u0161i rezultati ukazuju na lo\u0161iju tehniku i potencijalno ve\u0107i rizik od ozljeda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako izvesti S-MAS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Postavljanje: <\/strong>Za snimanje sprint trka\u010dkih poku\u0161aja koristite kameru s usporenim snimkama. Na MD-4, mom\u010dad se ponovno okuplja, a tog prvog dana mogu se provesti LESS i CMAS testovi jer su manje zahtjevni za tetive koljena i ne zahtijevaju previ\u0161e napora od igra\u010da.
