Ono \u0161to je zapo\u010delo kao le\u017eerna razmjena ideja na LinkedInu razvilo se u duboku raspravu tijekom videopoziva, gdje smo istra\u017eivali okvire periodizacije, metrike volumena i intenziteta te strategije napredovanja kroz razli\u010dite mezocikluse. To se savr\u0161eno uklapa s principima periodizacije, gdje je razumijevanje metrika volumena i intenziteta klju\u010dno za strukturiranje u\u010dinkovitih programa treninga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Definiranje volumena i intenziteta: \u0160to mjerimo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedno od sredi\u0161njih pitanja u na\u0161em razgovoru bilo je: Koje varijable doista predstavljaju volumen i intenzitet u okviru periodizacije? Iako je uobi\u010dajeno promatrati oseku i pad volumena i intenziteta tijekom sezone, identificiranje onoga \u0161to konkretno \u010dini te varijable klju\u010dno je za strukturiranje u\u010dinkovitih planova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na primjer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Volumen se mo\u017ee predstaviti kao: ukupna udaljenost (metri ili kilometri prije\u0111eni na treningu ili igrama), trajanje sesija (vrijeme provedeno u izvo\u0111enju), broj sprinteva ili napora brzog tr\u010danja (HSR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intensity might be reflected in: % of 1RM in strength training, sprint speed thresholds (e.g., max velocity efforts),  high-intensity accelerations and decelerations, the density of efforts (repeated bouts of activity with short recovery times)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Oboje smo se slo\u017eili da je klju\u010dno razumjeti u \u010demu napredujete. To je u skladu s <strong>Tjedni 1-2 modela periodizacije<\/strong>, s naglaskom na posjede s aerobnim + neuromuskularnim komponentama.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u017duta zona (prag laktata)<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Karakteristike<\/strong>: Broj otkucaja srca se pove\u0107ava, razina laktata raste iznad aerobnog praga, a metaboli\u010dki stres se pomi\u010de prema anaerobnoj glikolizi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Primjena u nogometu<\/strong>Ova zona odgovara naporima srednjeg do visokog intenziteta kao \u0161to su vje\u017ebe potiska, ponovljena ubrzanja i usporavanja te igre na malim stranama (SSG).
