Alexovo iskustvo u podru\u010dju snage i kondicije obuhva\u0107a gotovo 25 godina u profesionalnom sportu i nacionalnim sportskim institutima diljem svijeta. Unato\u010d tome, \u010dak i ako su do kraja izvr\u0161ili izvansezonski plan, malo je vjerojatno da \u0107e optere\u0107enja koja su iskusili odgovarati ili prema\u0161iti ono \u0161to \u0107e morati iskusiti tijekom predsezone i natjecateljske sezone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Stvarnost je takva da \u0107e \u010dak i na samom vrhu samo mali dio mom\u010dadi posti\u0107i ono \u0161to ste im zacrtali tijekom izvansezonskog razdoblja.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Postoji uobi\u010dajena nervoza oko odre\u0111enih igra\u010da (\u201e\u010destih prekr\u0161itelja\u201c) pa se tim za performanse sla\u017ee da \u0107e prvi tjedan predsezone zapo\u010deti s optere\u0107enjem koje zadovoljava najmanji zajedni\u010dki nazivnik. \u201eSat optere\u0107enja\u201c tada po\u010dinje otkucavati od prve sesije do prve predsezonske utakmice i pritisak je velik. Ako ih previ\u0161e forsirate i prerano, riskirate da ih slomite, ali ako ih ne forsirate dovoljno, optere\u0107enja utakmica i uzastopne utakmice na kraju ho\u0107e. Ako ne zapo\u010dnete smislen rad dovoljno rano, ponestat \u0107e vam vremena ili \u0107ete riskirati da ne dopustite dovoljan oporavak i regeneraciju unutar predsezone i opet postoji mogu\u0107nost da \u0107e se slomiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ako ih prejako i prerano pritisnete, riskirate da ih slomite, ali ako ih ne pritisnete dovoljno jako, optere\u0107enja igara i uzastopne igre na kraju ho\u0107e.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Rana predsezona postaje klju\u010dna za utvr\u0111ivanje fizi\u010dkog stanja igra\u010da po povratku. To je idealna prilika za procjenu fizi\u010dkog stanja igra\u010dke skupine kao kolektiva i, \u0161to je va\u017eno, za pojedinca. Ovisno o sportu i duljini izvansezone, to mo\u017ee biti i razdoblje kada je umor na najni\u017eoj to\u010dki, a problemi iz prethodne sezone mogu se donekle smiriti. Neki timovi imaju sre\u0107u da mogu pregovarati i uspostaviti jasne vremenske blokove na po\u010detku predsezone u kojima provode svoje probirne aktivnosti i procjene. Planiranje, prodaja, provedba i pra\u0107enje toga prema igra\u010dima i trenerima mogu donijeti uspjeh i u\u010dinkovitost predsezonskih procjena i probira u budu\u0107nosti ili ih uni\u0161titi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Predsezonsko tr\u010danje velikom brzinom: Rizik naspram nagrade<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U planiranju predsezone va\u017eno je uzeti u obzir sve aspekte optere\u0107enja, od intenziteta treninga snage, pliometrijskog volumena i ekscentri\u010dne izlo\u017eenosti do volumena tr\u010danja, broja promjena smjera i veli\u010dine sudara, da spomenemo samo neke. Jedan od najva\u017enijih \u010dimbenika optere\u0107enja koje treba uzeti u obzir je intenzitet, volumen i gusto\u0107a tr\u010danja \u201evrlo velike brzine\u201c i maksimalne brzine (u daljnjem tekstu \u201etr\u010danje velikom brzinom\u201c [HSR]). Hodanje po tankoj liniji ne prebrzo, ne previ\u0161e, ne pre\u010desto i ne prerano natjeralo je mnoge trenere performansi da izgube san no\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Jedan od najva\u017enijih faktora optere\u0107enja koje treba uzeti u obzir je intenzitet, volumen i gusto\u0107a tr\u010danja \u201evrlo velikom brzinom\u201c i maksimalnom brzinom. Zbog ovih i nekoliko drugih biomehani\u010dkih i fiziolo\u0161kih zahtjeva, HSR je zna\u010dajan faktor rizika za ozljede mekog tkiva (<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/22323001\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gabbet i dr. 2012.<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/27288515\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Duhig i dr. 2016.<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/34637371\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chavarro-Nieto i dr. 2023.<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stoga je pa\u017eljivo planiranje izlo\u017eenosti HSR-u u predsezoni klju\u010dno. Gdje mo\u017eete po\u010deti i kamo mo\u017eete i\u0107i sa svojim igra\u010dima \u010desto se svodi na to koje su izlo\u017eenosti HSR-u (intenzitet, volumen, gusto\u0107a, u\u010destalost i vrsta) postignute tijekom izvansezonskog razdoblja. Unato\u010d tome, smanjenje optere\u0107enja koje se do\u017eivljava u izvansezonskom razdoblju \u010desto zna\u010di regresiju ili degradaciju odre\u0111enih fizi\u010dkih kvaliteta. Procjena polo\u017eaja i postura koje nalikuju polo\u017eajima i posturama HSR-a, uz u\u010dinkovitije izoliranje klju\u010dnih mi\u0161i\u0107nih skupina oko zglobova gle\u017enja, koljena i kuka, postaje sve popularnija u okru\u017eenjima visokih performansi. Na taj na\u010din mo\u017eemo prikupiti vi\u0161e informacija kako bismo donosili informiranije odluke o tome jesu li i kada igra\u010di doista \u201edovoljno jaki da brzo tr\u010de\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stjecanje prava na brzo tr\u010danje uz izometrijske vje\u017ebe specifi\u010dne za tr\u010danje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Va\u017eno je napomenuti da su izometrijske procjene specifi\u010dne za tr\u010danje procjene koje obuhva\u0107aju vi\u0161e zglobova, unato\u010d nazivu svake pojedina\u010dne procjene. Va\u017eno je napomenuti da su izometrijske procjene specifi\u010dne za tr\u010danje procjene vi\u0161e zglobova, unato\u010d nazivu svake pojedina\u010dne procjene. One ne izoliraju strogo sposobnosti generiranja sile pojedinog zgloba. Izometrijske procjene specifi\u010dne za tr\u010danje osmi\u0161ljene su za pristranost zgloba i tu zaklju\u010dujemo o sposobnostima generiranja sile mi\u0161i\u0107a koji okru\u017euju ciljani zglob. Za ove procjene koristim VALD-ove ForceDecks i izometrijske stalke za \u010du\u010dnjeve. Me\u0111utim, ovi testovi su tako\u0111er provedeni kori\u0161tenjem preoptere\u0107enih \u0161ipki koje se oslanjaju na klinove ili \u0161ipki gurnutih ispod klinova sustava stalaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izodbijanje koljena i gle\u017enja izvodi se sa \u0161ipkom na gornjim trapeznim mi\u0161i\u0107ima, kao u \u010du\u010dnju s visokom \u0161ipkom. Kod izodbijanja koljena, srednji dio stopala testirane noge postavlja se direktno ispod \u0161ipke, a kutovi koljena i kuka su izme\u0111u 135-145\u00b0 i 160-170\u00b0. Kod izodbijanja gle\u017enja, jagodica stopala testirane noge postavlja se ispod \u0161ipke kako bi se olak\u0161ao lagani nagib prema naprijed.
