Zapravo, tehni\u010dke i takti\u010dke sposobnosti su odlu\u010duju\u0107i \u010dimbenici, ali da bi bio uspje\u0161an, svaki igra\u010d mora biti u stanju pobolj\u0161ati svoje individualne fizi\u010dke vje\u0161tine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Va\u017enost sprinta u modernom nogometu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111u tim vje\u0161tinama, s obzirom na presudnu va\u017enost koju zauzimaju u ovom kontekstu, mogu\u0107e je istaknuti sposobnost ponovljenog tr\u010danja velikom brzinom tijekom utakmice. To nam omogu\u0107uje zaklju\u010dak da se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i mehanizam ozljede (sprint) za naj\u010de\u0161\u0107u ozljedu u nogometu (ruptura mi\u0161i\u0107a tetive koljena) sve vi\u0161e javlja u kontekstu igre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Specifi\u010dnost sprint treninga<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stoga je pitanje kako mo\u017eemo sprije\u010diti da se te situacije pojave, ili drugim rije\u010dima, razumjeti je li mogu\u0107e pripremiti igra\u010de kako bi se rizik od ozljeda sveo na minimum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jasno je da je trening brzine vrlo specifi\u010dan. To zna\u010di da sprintanje prirodno pobolj\u0161ava sposobnost igra\u010da da sprinta maksimalnom brzinom. Kao takvo, ne samo kao alat za trening ve\u0107 i kao faktor smanjenja rizika od ozljeda, bitno je izlo\u017eiti igra\u010de tr\u010danju visokog intenziteta. U tom smislu, smatram da bi vje\u017ebe koje poti\u010du ovaj podra\u017eaj trebale biti uklju\u010dene u trening, predla\u017eu\u0107i, posebno i izme\u0111u ostalog, vje\u017ebe s vi\u0161e prostora u duljini nego u \u0161irini, koje \u0107e potaknuti duboke i visokointenzivne trka\u010dke akcije, s ciljem, na primjer, dosezanja protivni\u010dkog gola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pra\u0107enje optere\u0107enja sprinta pomo\u0107u tehnologije<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Idealno bi bilo osigurati dostupnost prikupljanja specifi\u010dnih podataka o akutnim i kroni\u010dnim optere\u0107enjima, na temelju prije\u0111enih udaljenosti i izvedenih sprinteva, kako na treningu tako i na natjecanju, kori\u0161tenjem GPS ure\u0111aja ili sustava za pra\u0107enje, uz kori\u0161tenje kamera instaliranih u tu svrhu. Kada je potrebno, ovaj rad treba provoditi analiti\u010dki, kako bi se osiguralo da svi igra\u010di prime ovu izlo\u017eenost, u koli\u010dini i intenzitetu primjerenom njihovoj poziciji, na temelju onoga \u0161to se od njih konkretno tra\u017ei u igri. Kinematika, podru\u010dje koje, primijenjeno u ovom kontekstu, analizira kretanje biomehani\u010dkih segmenata tijekom tr\u010danja, i kinetika, koja povezuje to kretanje sa silama koje ga uzrokuju, obi\u010dno su podcijenjene. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, to su komplementarna podru\u010dja i posebno su relevantna u razli\u010ditim aspektima treninga brzine. To razumijevanje pomo\u0107i \u0107e osobi odgovornoj za propisivanje treninga, ne samo pri osmi\u0161ljavanju vje\u017ebi, ve\u0107 i pri definiranju strategija za povratak na trening nakon ozljede. Nadalje, u procesu povratka na igru bitno je da se igra\u010di postupno podvrgavaju visokointenzivnim i sprinterskim udaljenostima sve dok primijenjeno optere\u0107enje ne bude ekvivalentno onome s kojim \u0107e se susresti kada se integriraju u trening s ostatkom tima (zavr\u0161na faza RTP procesa).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zaklju\u010dak: Pripremljenost za sprint kao faktor performansi i sigurnosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukratko, ako uzmemo u obzir da nogometa\u0161i neizbje\u017eno moraju izvoditi sprinteve velikim brzinama tijekom igre, bitno je da su spremni izvesti ovu vrstu akcije.
