Ovaj program zaranja u sve klju\u010dne aspekte snage i kondicije u nogometu, a istovremeno se bavi odgovornostima i izazovima ove uloge. Obra\u0111ivali smo teme poput procjene, pra\u0107enja, periodizacije i principa programiranja, zajedno s time kako planirati i razvijati klju\u010dne fizi\u010dke kvalitete poput brzine, snage, izdr\u017eljivosti i mo\u0107i. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pred kraj programa, uronit \u0107emo u protokole povratka u sport, osiguravaju\u0107i da treneri znaju kako upravljati tom klju\u010dnom fazom vra\u0107anja igra\u010da na teren. Jedna stvar koju volim kod ovog programa je na\u010din na koji kombiniramo prakti\u010dne vje\u017ebe, teorijske uvide i grupni rad. Sve \u0161to radimo u procjeni, treningu i pra\u0107enju vodi do ovog trenutka. Konkretno, podaci se uklapaju u aspekte modela koji se odnose na profiliranje, intervencije i pra\u0107enje spremnosti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kratica PEIRC za Ciklus optere\u0107enja treninga (Training Load Cycle) dobro se sla\u017ee s prakti\u010dnim pristupom koji se koristi u sportskoj znanosti i filozofskim idejama Charlesa Peircea, osniva\u010da pragmatizma. Klju\u010dni dio moje pripreme je analiza podataka iz proteklog mjeseca kako bih vidio kako su se moji igra\u010di sna\u0161li i kako se uspore\u0111uju njihova optere\u0107enja. U prethodnim blogovima raspravljao sam o razli\u010ditim skupinama unutar nogometne mom\u010dadi: starteri, vratari, zamjene, rezerve, pa \u010dak i rehabilitacijska skupina. Svaka od ovih skupina zahtijeva jedinstven pristup kada je u pitanju osmi\u0161ljavanje njihovih programa izvansezonskog perioda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na primjer, \u0161to se doga\u0111a ako igra\u010dima koji su odigrali manje minuta - poput zamjenskih igra\u010da ili onih na rehabilitaciji - damo previ\u0161e slobodnog vremena tijekom izvansezonskog razdoblja? Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da zamjenski igra\u010di imaju tendenciju ni\u017eih tjednih trena\u017enih optere\u0107enja u usporedbi sa starterima, \u0161to s vremenom mo\u017ee dovesti do pada njihove razine performansi. Jedna studija, na primjer, isti\u010de kako zamjenski igra\u010di \u010desto akumuliraju manje napora visokog intenziteta i ukupnog volumena treninga, stvaraju\u0107i jaz u spremnosti i kondiciji u usporedbi sa starterima. Ova razlika nagla\u0161ava izazove s kojima se suo\u010davaju igra\u010di s manje minuta ili razli\u010ditim ulogama unutar mom\u010dadi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada analiziram ove podatke, \u010desto primje\u0107ujem da se tipi\u010dni tjedni prosjek u sezoni za seniorskog igra\u010da kre\u0107e od 2500 do 3500 AU jedinica tjedno, ovisno o ulozi igra\u010da i fizi\u010dkim zahtjevima. Za neke vrlo anga\u017eirane igra\u010de, ova vrijednost mo\u017ee \u010dak i prema\u0161iti te razine. Pa\u017eljivim planiranjem i napredovanjem, vidio sam slu\u010dajeve u kojima optere\u0107enja u sezoni mogu dose\u0107i 4000 do 4500 jedinica, posebno za igra\u010de s robusnim strategijama oporavka i dosljednim fizi\u010dkim zahtjevima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovi podaci nagla\u0161avaju va\u017enost osiguravanja da se igra\u010di sa smanjenom minuta\u017eom, poput zamjena ili onih na rehabilitaciji, u\u010dinkovito upravljaju tijekom sezone i u izvansezoni. Uskla\u0111ivanje njihovog optere\u0107enja s optere\u0107enjem startera, kada je to prikladno, klju\u010dno je za sprje\u010davanje deficita u performansama i odr\u017eavanje njihove spremnosti za kada su potrebni na terenu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve je o\u010ditije da igra\u010di danas moraju do\u0107i na predsezonu ve\u0107 pripremljeni. Osim toga, pra\u0107enje kako va\u0161i igra\u010di i timovi reagiraju na to optere\u0107enje klju\u010dno je za upravljanje njihovim performansama i izbjegavanje rizika od ozljeda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upravo zato integriramo testiranje sila na plo\u010di i Nordboardu u na\u0161 tijek rada s timovima.
