Zapitajte se, ako biste sutra morali prije\u0107i u novu organizaciju ili sport, bi li va\u0161i sustavi i dalje izdr\u017eali? Koliko biste toga mogli zadr\u017eati istim? Koliko biste morali promijeniti?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naravno, ovo je hipotetska situacija, ali mislim da je va\u017eno dosljedno razmi\u0161ljati o tome \u0161to trenutno radite, posebno u nepredvidivom svijetu rada u sportu.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kori\u0161tenje sustavnog pristupa programiranju i periodizaciji mo\u017ee osigurati sljede\u0107e:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Osloba\u0111a vrijeme za druge zadatke va\u017ene za va\u0161u ulogu trenera, npr. treniranje, pregled podataka itd.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ako se dogodi ne\u0161to neo\u010dekivano, imamo spremne rezervne opcije.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Odr\u017eava va\u0161e sporta\u0161e uvijek spremnima za nastup na natjecanju.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>95% tog vremena, va\u0161 sustav bi trebao biti univerzalan u mnogim razli\u010ditim scenarijima i kontekstima. 5% tog vremena, mo\u017eda \u0107ete morati stvoriti ne\u0161to malo &quot;specifi\u010dnije&quot; na temelju situacije. Prilagodljivi programski sustavi pru\u017eaju daleko ve\u0107u jasno\u0107u, a istovremeno sporta\u0161ima pru\u017eaju poticaj koji im je potreban za postizanje vrhunskih performansi.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U sljede\u0107em dijelu ovog bloga raspravljat \u0107u o svom trenutnom pristupu programiranju i periodizaciji kada je u pitanju prilagodljivost.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>STUP 1: Identificiranje prozora prilike (WOO)<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvi va\u017ean stup koji treba razumjeti jest da moramo prepoznati svoje \u201eprozore prilika\u201c (WOO). Svaki sport ima raspored, a na nama je kao S&amp;C trenerima da shvatimo gdje se sav na\u0161 rad na fizi\u010dkoj pripremi mo\u017ee uklopiti u taj raspored. Npr. ragbi ili MMA  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kakvo \u0107e optere\u0107enje ovaj dan imati na sporta\u0161a?  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Koliko procjenjujete da \u0107e trajati oporavak od tog dana?  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Postoji li kombinacija \u201enajboljih\u201c dana za optere\u0107enje i rad te \u201enajni\u017eih\u201c dana za oporavak i razvoj vje\u0161tina?  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ho\u0107e li to smetati ili nadopunjavati druge sesije ili dane? <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mo\u017ee li ovaj dan pripremiti sljede\u0107u sesiju ili dan kada moraju nastupiti ili se natjecati?  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada mo\u017eete s pouzdanjem odgovoriti na ova pitanja, tada mo\u017eete strate\u0161ki rasporediti sesije za maksimalnu u\u010dinkovitost. Veliki sam obo\u017eavatelj mikrodoziranja u svom sustavu, posebno tijekom sezone, a to je uglavnom inspiracija preuzeta iz rada Coryja Schlesingera na ovom podru\u010dju. On koristi sljede\u0107u analogiju lijekova:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Opcija 1:<\/strong> Kada uzimamo ve\u0107u dozu lijeka rje\u0111e, osjetit \u0107emo daleko ve\u0107e nuspojave kako bismo postigli isti rezultat.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Opcija 2:<\/strong> Kada uzimamo ni\u017eu dozu lijeka s ve\u0107om u\u010destalo\u0161\u0107u, bit \u0107e manji broj nuspojava za postizanje istog ishoda.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isti princip mo\u017ee se primijeniti i na sportske performanse: \u201eVe\u0107i\u201c trening snage i kondicije rezultirat \u0107e ve\u0107im \u201enuspojavama\u201c, tj. ve\u0107im umorom i ve\u0107om boli. Me\u0111utim, mo\u017eda bismo mogli \u010de\u0161\u0107e odr\u017eavati \u201emanje\u201c treninge snage tijekom tjedna, \u0161to \u0107e rezultirati \u201enuspojavama\u201c bez dodatnih tro\u0161kova visokog umora, ali i dalje osiguravaju\u0107i visoku performansu i spremnost.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>STUP 2: Identificiranje fizi\u010dkih i fiziolo\u0161kih ciljeva<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sada kada smo utvrdili gdje mislimo da \u0107e na\u0161i treninzi biti najbolje postavljeni za maksimiziranje prilika, vrijeme je da se pozabavimo na\u0161im sljede\u0107im stupom prilagodljivih sustava \u2013 a to je identificiranje klju\u010dnih fizi\u010dkih i fiziolo\u0161kih prilagodbi na koje \u017eelimo ciljati kod na\u0161ih sporta\u0161a. U timskim sportovima, kao S&amp;C treneri, op\u0107enito \u0107emo se usredoto\u010diti na ove 4 kategorije performansi:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kondicioniranje <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ubrzati <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vlast <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Snaga  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nedavno sam u svoj programski pristup integrirao Hunter Eisenhowerov &quot;Sustav sile&quot;. Njegov sustav koristi 4 vrste &quot;sila&quot;: Visoku, Sporu, Brzu i Ljudsku silu (nazvao sam je Istra\u017eiva\u010dka sila jer smatram da bolje sa\u017eima o \u010demu se radi u ovoj kategoriji &quot;sile&quot;). Na\u0161e programiranje mo\u017eemo dodatno sistematizirati kori\u0161tenjem daljnjih heuristika:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Od op\u0107eg do specifi\u010dnog: Kako mo\u017eemo utjecati na prijenos u sport?  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Od jednostavnog do slo\u017eenog: Imamo li progresije i regresije?  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stati\u010dno\/Sporo do brzo: Mo\u017eemo li promijeniti brzinu kretanja?  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Od ekstenzivnog do intenzivnog: Mo\u017eemo li promijeniti intenzitet pokreta?  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Od zatvorenog do otvorenog: Kako mo\u017eemo promijeniti perceptivne i kognitivne zahtjeve?  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>STUP 3: Obim i intenzitet planiranja <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kona\u010dni klju\u010dni stup je uzeti u obzir volumen i intenzitet makro i mikro ciklusa. To \u0107e uvelike biti odre\u0111eno nekim od sljede\u0107ih \u010dimbenika sa\u017eetih u donjoj tablici:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faza sezone <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pozicija igra\u010da <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Koliko minuta igra\u010d igra?  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao \u0161to ve\u0107ina nas zna, potrebno je planirati volumen i intenzitet na na\u010din koji izaziva progresivno optere\u0107enje tijekom odre\u0111enog razdoblja. Osim toga, moramo osigurati da se sporta\u0161i i oporave gdje je to mogu\u0107e kako bi superkompenzirali prilagodbe ste\u010dene i na razini mikrociklusa i makrociklusa. Na primjer, ako pogledamo fazu sezone, recimo u nogometu, znamo da \u0107e predsezona imati daleko ve\u0107i volumen kondicijskog optere\u0107enja i smanjeno optere\u0107enje oporavka u usporedbi sa sezonom, gdje se fokus stavlja na optere\u0107enje oporavka, a kondicijsko optere\u0107enje smanjuje.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako uzmemo u obzir pozicijske zahtjeve sporta\u0161a, znamo da \u0107e se zahtjevi za kretanjem uvelike razlikovati. To ne zna\u010di da potpuno zanemarujemo sprint maksimalne brzine za golmane jer je i dalje va\u017eno biti spreman na \u201ebilo koju situaciju\u201c, ali sprint maksimalne brzine nije ne\u0161to \u0161to \u0107e ih razlikovati od prosje\u010dnih golmana do elitnih golmana.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kona\u010dno, morat \u0107emo razmotriti ulogu sporta\u0161a unutar mom\u010dadi. Za po\u010detnike, zamjene i neigra\u010de\/rezerve zahtijevat \u0107e razli\u010dite koli\u010dine i intenzitete tijekom sezone. Ako se sje\u0107ate po\u010detka bloga, u timskim sportovima bitno je osigurati da su svi igra\u010di spremni za igru ako ih pozove glavni trener.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRIORITETI NA TEMELJU ULOGE U ODREDU: <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za po\u010detak: <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijekom sezone, za na\u0161e po\u010detnike, glavni cilj je osigurati da se oporavljaju od svake utakmice. Potencijal prilagodbe bit \u0107e ograni\u010den. Najmanji obujam nespecifi\u010dnog treninga.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za na\u0161e zamjene: <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijekom sezone, glavni cilj na\u0161ih zamjenskih igra\u010da je osigurati da mogu igrati kada u\u0111u u igru. Postoji potencijalno vi\u0161e prostora za fizi\u010dke prilagodbe. Dopune \u0107e ovisiti o tome koliko minuta igraju.
