This Coffee Break session focuses on how to build a football preseason in a practical, structured, and realistic way. We will walk through the decision-making process behind preseason planning, from defining clear preseason objectives, to linking testing and profiling with training content, and finding the right balance between volume, intensity, and recovery. Special attention will be given to aligning conditioning work with football-specific training demands. The session is designed as an open discussion that connects theory with real club practice. Through shared examples and concrete questions from everyday football environments, we aim to challenge ideas, exchange experiences, and leave you with clear, actionable principles that can be applied immediately in your own work.
